Testimonials

“I have attended the annual convention of Redemption International For The Blind thrice, and each convention springs up with lots of surprises especially for the blind students. Personally, I received a gift of a typewriter which helped me through my secondary education, and many of my colleagues at Ngwo Girls Secondary School equally benefited from the free typewriters to those in secondary school. I am most grateful to the charity. I look forward for another experience, especially now that I’m in the university!.”

“In 2016, Braille Library Awka, Anamra State, applied to and got a computer set from Redemption International for the Blind. Surprisingly, the computer set had JAWS screen-reader already installed together with Openbook software for scanning. These are costly software that we could not afford because they will run into thousands of U.S. dollars. Most importantly, they were all given to us free of charge.

The gift was of immense value to us and our work as an agency that produces braille materials for blind and visually impaired persons living in Southeastern Nigeria.

We are, indeed, grateful to Redemption International and their local and international funders for this life-changing gift they gave us and pray that in the future, they will still be of support to us.

Thank you very much for your support to us!”

Kalu Ndukwe, Head of Library,

“On behalf of the Abia State Library For The Handicapped, I thank Redemption International For The Blind for kindly donating a desktop computer to our library in aid of our computer literacy programme for the blind in the State. I am grateful to the president and founder of this great charity, Sunny Ezurike.”

“I am super excited about Redemption International For The Blind. But for the charity, I would not have been able to acquire a typewriter with which I undertook my OND at a Polytechnic in Enugu. The founder is truly a blessing to humanity, and we earnestly pray for more like him.”

Blessing Nwaogu

“What more can I say, than to pray for the success of this next phase of the charity, towards making more books accessible to the blind anywhere in the world. From their accomplishments in the past, I know this will pull through. I am one of the national directors of the charity in Nigeria.”

Clinton Chinonyerem Amaechi

“I have never seen such a selfless person like the founder of Redemption International For The Blind, a man who can spend his very last kobo to ensure a smile on the face of a blind child! I was one of the lucky beneficiaries of a laptop computer with full version of JAWS in their 2012 convention. I pray the charity goes places in service to the blind.”

Blessing Ujunwa

“I attended the annual convention of the charity for the first time in 2014, and I was astonished to be called up for a laptop computer after narrating my study ordeal at the university of Jos, to the founder. I’m excited by his acts of charity and love for the blind.”

“Redemption International For The Blind is indeed a blessing to the blind people in Nigeria. I was first blessed with a typewriter in one of their conventions, and a laptop computer with screen reader after about 2 years. On daily basis, I pray for their success so they can continue to remain a channel of blessings to many more blind people.”

Onyemekara Adaeze

“I was a former staff of Hope For The Blind, Zaria. I was first introduced to Redemption International For The Blind, particularly the founder, through a friend, to supply learning materials to the organisation to be distributed to beneficiaries during the annual convention of the organisation back in 2014. This was the opportunity I got to attend their convention and know more about the organisation. As a result of the transparency and love for the persons with visual impairment I found in the organisation, I resigned my job and joined them, and I am very happy to be part of this organisation that truly puts smiles on the faces of the blind people in Nigeria. In view of this, I am calling on all spirited individuals, government and non governmental agencies to support this project of making life better for persons with visual impairment in Nigeria and the world at large. Thanks and God bless you all.”

“Redemption International For The Blind has really been a good turning point in my life. I found the organisation via the internet some years ago, and have benefited from their free laptop for the needy. The founder is such a caring and wonderful person. Long life Redemption International.”
